Throughout Financial Literacy Month, USA Funds® has highlighted ways in which college campuses are implementing effective financial literacy education programs that are engaging students and building excitement about responsible personal finance practices.
As Financial Literacy Month comes to an end, USA Funds is preparing to release a newly redesigned USA Funds Life Skills®
curriculum. The redesigned financial literacy and student success program will be available at the end of May. The updated USA Funds Life Skills will offer:
- More engaging activities that provide students a more personalized learning experience.
- Updated course content that is highly relevant to today’s students.
- A more modern design that makes the experience more attractive to students.
- An improved course interface that makes course activities and navigation more intuitive for students.
In enhancing USA Funds Life Skills, USA Funds applied feedback received from students and college administrators regarding the program.
USA Funds Life Skills users will receive additional details about the upcoming enhancements throughout the month of May.
Also as part of Financial Literacy Month activities, USA Funds joined Today’s Campus to host the webcast “Helping Students Minimize Student Loan Debt.”
The event featured Syracuse University’s “I Otto Know This!
” program and New Jersey City University’s Student FLEX
program. Both programs featured in the webcast include the use of USA Funds Life Skills.
