USA Funds will present a session, "The New Toolkit for Student Loan Default Prevention" during the 2014 Annual Convention and Expo
of the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities
, June 16-18. The session is scheduled from 2-3:30 p.m. on June 17. It will feature information on the next generation of student loan default prevention techniques, including analytics, social media techniques and early-contact strategies. The presentation will suggest how schools can add innovations like these to their traditional toolkits of default prevention measures, while collaborating with other institutional departments and with student loan service providers to increase student loan repayment success and lower their cohort default rates. Presenters will include George Covino, USA Funds vice president of consulting; Greg Wallis, chief financial officer, Harrison College; Dean Riling, vice president of compliance, Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology.
