USA Funds Announces Upcoming Changes to Training and Policy Support Services
USA Funds® is changing its lineup of training services for college financial aid administrators.
USA Funds will continue to provide training in the administration of federal Title IV financial aid through webcasts and online courses.
USA Funds University offers a robust schedule of webcasts on both emerging student aid administration issues and ongoing topics in the administration of federal student aid programs. See a schedule of upcoming USA Funds University webcasts.
Additionally, a comprehensive online curriculum offers more than 40 courses for financial aid professionals of all levels of experience, as well as for student-workers in the financial aid office.
To register for webcasts and access online courses through USA Funds University, go to www.usafundstraining.org. New users must complete a simple, one-time registration process.
USA Funds University is discontinuing its twice-yearly series of in-person financial aid workshops. The recently concluded spring workshop series will be the last in-person workshop series.
Effective July 1, USA Funds also will discontinue the USA Funds Ask Policy℠ service. This free service provides answers to questions about the application of Title IV rules and policies to specific cases. In its role as a guarantor, however, USA Funds will continue to support resources to answer questions about FFELP and guarantor policies and procedures.
