A USA Funds® Life Skills® course focusing on credit scores now includes updated interactive features that show the impact students’ own credit scores could have on their goals and plans.
USA Funds Life Skills lesson “402 What Do Credit Scores Mean to Me?” helps students understand the complex issues of credit and credit scores. Not only can students estimate their own credit scores, but now the course also uses their estimated credit score ranges to personalize new activities in the course.
Students can use their estimated credit scores to see how their financial choices affect their credit scores’ range.USA Funds Life Skills lesson “402 What Do Credit Scores Mean to Me?” shows why establishing and keeping a positive credit score is so important to students’ financial future.
The course also offers tips on how to repair a poor credit score and warns against credit repair services that offer a quick fix for a bad score.
The updated course is part of the redesigned USA Funds Life Skills, launched May 31. In enhancing USA Funds Life Skills, USA Funds applied feedback received from students and college administrators regarding the program.
