• You also can obtain this information by calling the Federal Student Aid Information Center toll-free at (800) 4-FED-AID or TDD (800) 730-8913.
• If you have a dispute with your school, lender or guarantor regarding a federal education loan, and you’ve been unable to resolve the issue, you may contact the U.S. Department of Education’s Student Loan Ombudsman’s office at (877) 557-2575.
