Anne provides services for Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

Prior to joining the USA Funds debt-management team, Fischer worked in various positions for lenders in Illinois. Her 10 years of experience in sales and marketing have focused on promoting financial literacy, money management and financial aid for higher education. Most recently, she served as regional marketing manager at Chase Education First in Chicago.

Fischer is a member of the Midwest Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (MASFAA), Illinois Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (ILASFAA), Western Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (WASFAA), Minnesota Association of Financial Aid Administrators (MAFAA), and Missouri Association of Student Financial Aid Personnel (MASFAP).
