Tommy earned a bachelor's degree from Paul Quinn College and a master's of Business Administration degree from Amber University. He has earned many awards, including the Outstanding Achievement Award (1996, 1997, 1998), the Quest Award (1995), and the Outstanding Customer Service Award (1990, 1991, 1994, 1996). Tommy would like to educate borrowers by providing financial-information resources to all students.
