Detailed loan-indebtedness
USA Funds Student Loan Transition GuideSM exit counseling summarizes current information about Federal Stafford, PLUS and Consolidation loans. The loan information displayed is from the Meteor network, which provides aggregated student financial-aid information. Students also have the option to add additional loans to ensure a complete summary of total indebtedness.

Repayment-options overview
By using the borrower’s actual loan data, the Repayment Options Overview graphically represents how each option will affect repayment, helping the student make the most-informed decision. The borrower can click on any of the four repayment options to get more detailed information, such as:

  • Estimated monthly repayment.
  • Average interest rate. 
  • Average term of the loan.
  • Estimated total interest paid.
