Brent Dove, New Lender-Relations Manager, Offers Personal Attention

Brent Dove Frequent travel, one-on-one interaction with education lenders and the potential to identify customer needs were key factors that prompted Brent Dove to pursue his new position as USA Funds®' lender-relations manager.

In his new role, Dove serves as the liaison between USA Funds and its national and regional lender- customers. His responsibilities include attending conferences, demonstrating new products and visiting existing and potential customers, especially in the eight states in which USA Funds serves as the designated guarantor under the Federal Family Education Loan Program.

USA Funds is the designated guarantor in Arizona, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada and Wyoming.

Prior to taking his new position, Dove spent 15 years as a compliance specialist for USA Funds. He said that experience gave him a valuable understanding of lender operations and the interaction between lenders and USA Funds.

"As a compliance specialist, I enjoyed helping schools, lenders and collection agencies stay in compliance with regulations," said Dove. "I look forward to building on that personal attention to customers and their concerns as I focus on lenders in my current position."

Dove joined USA Funds in 1987 to examine loan-portfolio files for the company's former loan-servicing arm. He holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Bloomington.

"I receive tremendous personal satisfaction from meeting our lender-customers," Dove said, "identifying their needs and ensuring their satisfaction."

You can contact Dove by e-mail or call him toll-free at (866) 329-7673, Ext. 1257.
