USA Funds President and CEO Honored by U.S. Dream Academy Carl Dalstrom, USA Funds® president and CEO, received the President’s Award at the recent U.S. Dream Academy Power of a Dream Gala. USA Funds also contributed $100,000 to the gala, which raised more than $1 million in financial support for children of prisoners and children at risk of falling behind in school. Read more.
‘USA Funds Education Partnerships’ Highlights Access-and-Outreach Efforts USA Funds has issued the latest edition of a quarterly newsletter highlighting USA Funds’ support of programs that enhance preparation for, access to and success in higher education. The spring-2007 issue of “USA Funds Education Partnerships” focuses on ways in which USA Funds promotes access and outreach in the Latino community. The publication also includes articles that highlight the work of USA Funds’ executive director of access and outreach, and that encourage a focus on Latino issues in education attainment.
