OpenNet Tip: Viewing Summary Data in Custom Reports

Schools using OpenNet Web Loan Delivery can create custom reports to view and print at the summary level. Schools can receive quick results by running a summary-report query.

To create and view a custom report at the summary level, financial-aid administrators should follow these simple steps:

  1. Create a custom report and define all criteria on the “Custom Report Definition” screen. The following are the filter-criteria categories:
    • Loan data.
    • Student current enrollment.
    • Institutions.
    • Display and sort options.
  2. Choose the “save” option to save the criteria for the custom report.
  3. Click to cancel out of the “Custom Report Definitions” screen after saving your report. OpenNet will return you to the “Custom Report Management” screen.
  4. Highlight the name of the recently saved report from the “Custom Report Management” screen and click on “View Advanced Options” to navigate to the “Custom Report Management Advanced Options” screen.
  5. Choose the “Display Summary Report” radio button under the “Report Management Options” section.
