USA Funds University Introduces Product Training Courses
 Eight product training courses now are available online to help schools more effectively use USA Funds®’ loan counseling and default prevention tools.
Developed to address a wide range of training levels — from a general introduction of the products to more detailed information for advanced users — product training courses currently are available for USA Funds Debt Manager® and USA Funds Loan Counselor®.
“Product training courses were developed to offer customized training about USA Funds products for both new users and for those who need a refresher,” says Stephanie Bullard, USA Funds product manager. “Online training is helpful for users who like to learn at their own pace, or just quickly search for answers to specific questions.”
Training courses are self-paced, interactive lessons that provide an overview of the various features available in each product. Most include step-by-step instructions with screen shots for completing specific tasks. A glossary of common terms is included as well as a “Putting It To Work” printable document that helps define how the information can be applied. Each course concludes with a 10-question quiz to reinforce learning and measure retention of information.
