The letter outlines several minor errors in the consolidation-loan forms originally released on March 12, 2007. USA Funds has posted the revised Federal Consolidation Loan Application and Promissory Note, the Additional Loan Listing Sheet, the Request to Add Loans to a Federal Consolidation Loan and the Federal Consolidation Loan Verification Certificate.
