USA Funds University Adds Three Courses for Financial-Aid Directors

USA Funds® University has added three new online-learning courses to help financial-aid directors improve their skills in administering federal student aid at their schools. The new courses cover the following topics:

  • 401 Compliance and Audits offers an overview of compliance-related topics, their scope, and, specifically, those items directly related to the operation of a financial-aid office. This course also covers audits and program reviews.
  • 402 Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate presents information about the report that schools must complete each year to detail expenditures and apply for funding for the three campus-based financial-aid programs. Course lessons step you through completion of the FISAP.
  • 403 Advanced Professional Judgment helps financial-aid administrators better understand what constitutes professional judgment and how it is applied in the financial-aid office. Course lessons outline the establishment and review of professional-judgment policies in the financial-aid office.

Financial-Aid Director level online courses

All of the courses provide interactive exercises, realistic case studies, and pre- and post-course assessments to measure the mastery of the information.

USA Funds University now offers 61 online courses for financial-aid and education-lending professionals. View details of each course.
