OpenNet Web Loan Delivery Enhancements Effective Dec. 16
USA Funds®' guarantor-servicer will implement enhancements to OpenNet Web Loan Delivery effective Dec. 16, 2006. These changes will give OpenNet users more options for generating queries and reports.
Revised Button Names The “Submit All,” “Submit All Remaining” and “Submit 1-50” buttons at the bottom of the screen will reflect appropriate batch or real-time processing for all pre-disbursement and pre-guarantee-disbursement queries.
Effective Dec. 16, button labels will appear as follows:
- “Submit All (Batch)” or “Submit All Remaining (Batch).” Choose one of these buttons to process all requested changes within 24 hours. Once this process is complete, changes will be available for viewing in OpenNet.
- “Submit 1-50 (Real Time).” Choose this button to submit real-time changes on the 50 data records displaying on the current screen. To submit subsequent records for real-time processing, click on the “Submit 1-50 (Real Time)” button again. These changes immediately will be available for viewing in OpenNet.

This change in the buttons’ labels will clarify the processing times for pre-disbursement and pre-guarantee-disbursement changes submitted by schools.
Disbursement Roster Export to File Group To simplify the process of selecting fields for exporting, fields available to download for disbursement rosters will be categorized. The “Available Column” section of the Export to File page will contain the following groupings of individual fields available for downloading:
- Institutional information.
- Disbursement information.
- Borrower information.
- Student information.
- Loan information.

Export Borrower E-Mail Address Schools, lenders and servicers will have the option to perform a query and export multiple borrower e-mail addresses when creating a custom report, instead of viewing e-mail addresses on only an individual-borrower basis. This new feature will provide users with a more-streamlined process for obtaining and exporting multiple borrower e-mail addresses. To find out more about OpenNet, school-customers should contact their USA Funds Services account executives. Lender-customers should contact their USA Funds lender-relations professionals.
