Tech Talk Tip: Resetting Passwords for USA Funds Electronic Products
USA Funds® provides a standard password reset process that applies to many of its electronic products and services. School-users can follow this process to reset passwords in the following USA Funds products:
The same password reset process also applies to OpenNet, an online loan delivery system supported by USA Funds.
Take the following steps to reset your password:
- Select the “Forget Password?” or “Forget Your Password” link.
- Enter your user ID and e-mail address and click on the “Submit” radio button.
- Respond to your challenge questions and select the “Submit” radio button.
- Enter your new password, confirm the new password, and then click on the “Submit” radio button.
- Select the “Continue” radio button.
Then, after being directed back to the login page, re-enter your user ID and new password.
