• Sample letters and spreadsheet templates that you can download and customize for various appeal types.
• A list of common default rate appeals errors to avoid.
• An outline of steps to take while reviewing data and, when necessary, issue an incorrect data challenge.
• A time line for submitting default rate challenges. You will need Adobe Reader to access the document. The deadline for submitting appeals of draft 2007 cohort default rates is April 3.
