Product Enhancements Offer Improved Cohort Monitoring and Added Browser Compatibility

USA Funds^® has enhanced two of its products, improving monitoring for cohort information in USA Funds Debt Manager^® and adding browser compatibilities in USA Funds Loan Counselor^®.

USA Funds Debt Manager
USA Funds Debt Manager is a Web-based communications tool that allows schools to maintain contact with borrowers to help them manage debt and prevent default.

Enhancements to USA Funds Debt Manager include:

• Additional capabilities that allow students to be monitored within a three-year cohort window, including an option to run a delinquency report using a two- or three-year rate.
• Updates to strategy pages that help clarify terms and actions through updated field titles and instructions, as well as hover text that provides additional explanation for input fields.

USA Funds Loan Counselor
USA Funds Loan Counselor is a suite of custom counseling products that helps schools fulfill all federal counseling requirements and simplify Stafford and Grad PLUS counseling.

Enhancements to USA Funds Loan Counselor include additional Internet browser compatibilities for borrower modules.
