USA Funds Will Continue to Offer Four-Ply MPNs

Although USA Funds^®’ guarantor-servicer, Sallie Mae, is discontinuing four-ply, impact-printed Stafford-loan and PLUS-loan Master Promissory Notes, USA Funds customers will be able to order four-ply laser-printed MPNs.

The laser-printed, four-ply notes will be imprinted with “USA Funds” and will be customizable with school and lender information. The notes will be packaged 250 per box and will include instruction booklets. Spanish-language instruction booklets will be available for the Stafford MPNs.

Customers may continue to order the four-ply impact-printed forms from USA Funds’ online order form until further notice, when they will be replaced by the four-ply, laser-printed versions.

USA Funds also continues to offer one-ply laser-printed versions of the Stafford and PLUS MPNs, which currently may be ordered from the online order form.
