OpenNet Tip: School Activity Center Provides Online Help

The OpenNet loan-delivery system offers its school users reference manuals and a borrower-experience demonstration. These features are available at the bottom of the OpenNet Main Menu screen.

The reference guides cover all online tools available in the File Management and Web Loan Delivery modules. A third reference guide outlines the latest features available in OpenNet. The reference guides are updated with each new release and can be accessed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The Borrower Experience Demo allows school users to walk through the borrower online loan-application process for both Federal Family Education Loan Program loans and private-credit loans.
