New Guide on IBR Available
A National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs workgroup in which USA Funds is involved has produced a document to assist in implementing the new income-based repayment plan. The Income Based Repayment Plan Implementation Guide offers an overview and questions and answers about IBR. The NCHELP Federal Family Education Loan Program IBR workgroup created the guide and will continue to update it as needed. You will need Adobe Reader to access the guide on the NCHELP Web site.
