Online Reports Cut Paperwork for Schools
You can reduce paperwork in administering student loans by using online reports available to schools through DocumentDirect for the Internet (DDI). The reports are available at your convenience, are easy to access and can be downloaded and printed.
When you gain access to DDI, you have access to all reports on the list, regardless of the services you use. If you attempt to access a report that does not contain relevant information a “request list empty” message will show.
You can access specific reports from a drop-down list by the report name or date. You also have the capability to perform specific searches for information within the reports.
