OpenNet Web Loan Delivery Adjusts Lender Administration Setup

Effective June 24, 2006, OpenNet Web Loan Delivery will offer its lender- and lender servicer-users more flexibility in the Administration and User Maintenance screens.

The changes will give lenders more control over their setups, permitting lenders to perform the following functions:

  • Update the demographic information for the OpenNet users at their institutions.
  • Assign a new user type as a “user” or “administrator.”
  • Reset passwords for all of the users at their institutions.
  • Add more than five administrators to OpenNet WLD.
  • View and make changes within specific services of OpenNet WLD.

The enhancements will eliminate the need for lenders and servicers to call to request all administrative and user changes.

In addition, in a new section on the Add User and View/Update User screens titled “Associated Institutions,” lender-users can view the lender codes associated with their own lending institutions.
