USA Funds joins Jump$tart Coalition

USA Funds® has joined the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy as a corporate partner. Jump$tart seeks to improve the personal financial literacy of young adults.

Jump$tart coordinated the first Financial Literacy for Youth Day held on Capitol Hill on April 28 for congressional staffers. The day opened with comments from Dara Duguay, executive director of Jump$tart, Sen. Daniel Akaka, D-Hawaii, and Judy Chapa, deputy assistant secretary for financial institutions, U.S. Treasury Department.

USA Funds participated in Financial Literacy for Youth Day by demonstrating Life SkillsSM, USA Funds' financial-literacy program,
and Unlock the FutureTM, its new early-awareness program for middle-school students and their families.
