USA Funds offers new education-loan organizer folder and updated counseling forms
To help education-loan borrowers keep their loan records and information in one convenient location, USA Funds® offers a new Education-Loan Organizer folder (DPDM-004). The folder includes spaces for borrowers to record their Personal Identification Numbers (PINs), phone numbers for their financial-aid office and lenders or servicers, a listing of their student loans and key telephone and correspondence contacts. The folder also provides a glossary of education-loan terms and key borrower rights and responsibilities. The Education-Loan Organizer incorporates an insert page on which borrowers can record additional loans and contacts, as well as a copy of the USA Funds brochure, "Student-Loan Repayment - Four Steps to Take Now". The folders come in packages of 10, including 10 envelopes.
USA Funds also has updated its Student-Loan Entrance Interview Form (DPDM-033) and Student-Loan Exit Interview Form (DPDM-036) to reflect changes in student-loan counseling requirements according to final regulations published by the U.S. Department of Education on Nov. 1, 2002. These multi-part, legal-size forms document that a borrower has received the required counseling. The forms are packaged in quantities of 100.
