USA Funds Loan Counselor Tip: Exporting a Completed Report

USA Funds Loan Counselor^®, USA Funds^®’ online counseling tool for undergraduate students, offers schools the option to export their loan counseling tracking reports.

To export a completed report:

1. From the Reports Search Results screen, click on the “Export Completed Reports” button.

   

2. The “Reports — Export Options” screen displays, allowing the user to choose the criteria to export. Criteria can include student demographic information, quiz results and counseling completion date.

   

3. Select either Microsoft Excel or Comma Separated Value as an export format.
4. Click on “Export” or “Save & Export” and enter a file name to open the “File Download” dialog box.
5. Select either “Open” or “Save.” If you choose to open the file, it will open in Excel format.
