USA Funds Enhances Toll-Free Number for Schools

USA Funds^® has enhanced the toll-free telephone number that school-customers may call for service. That number is (866) 497-USAF (8723). New menu options provide institutions with more-direct access to loan and disbursement information and technical support.

School-customers calling this toll-free number may select from the following options:

• Option 1 — Permits the caller to enter the four-digit extension for a specific USA Funds Services representative.
  
  
• Option 2 — Directs callers to school -customer support for updates about new loan applications and disbursements.
  
  
• Option 3 — Routes callers to electronic services for technical support.
  
  
• Option 4 — Connects callers to a member of the USA Funds Debt-Management Team for information about USA Funds’ debt-management and default-prevention services.
  
  
• Option 5 — Provides access to USA Funds Services sales representatives and USA Funds University.
  
  
• Option 6 — Directs callers to the latest information about USA Funds Access to Education Scholarships^®, including application deadlines and instructions for applying.
  
  
• Option 7 — Routes all other calls to a general customer-service number.
