USA Funds names new customer-relations manager
As part of its ongoing efforts to ensure the best service available in the student-loan program, USA Funds® is expanding its customer-relations team.
Victoria M. Keller has joined USA Funds as customer-relations manager for the Southeast. She is responsible for determining customer needs and monitoring customer satisfaction with education-loan service, particularly in Mississippi and Florida. Mississippi is one of eight states that USA Funds serves as designated guarantor of federal education loans. Florida also is a key state in which USA Funds offers many value-added resources to enhance higher-education access.
Keller is based in the Orlando, Fla. area.
"We are pleased to enhance our team of customer-relations managers with an experienced and enthusiastic financial-aid professional," said Denise B. Feser, USA Funds vice president, Customer Relations. "Vicky is the perfect addition to a group dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction."
Although USA Funds customers' primary contacts are their designated USA Funds Services representatives, USA Funds' team of five customer-relations managers provides an added measure of attention to customer needs.
Keller's background includes seven years of experience in college financial aid and admissions. She most recently was assistant director of undergraduate admissions for the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She also held a variety of positions, including assistant director, in the school's Student Financial Assistance office. Prior to her work at the University of Central Florida, Vicky was a financial-aid administrator at Valencia Community College-East Campus in Orlando.
She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Central Florida and an associate degree from Valencia Community College.
