Marcia Coleman Provides Debt-Management Assistance in Six Southern States
Marcia Coleman has joined the USA Funds® Debt-Management Team to provide debt-management-consultation services for postsecondary schools in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky and West Virginia.
As a debt-management consultant, Coleman conducts workshops and seminars about debt-management and default-prevention techniques. She also advises schools about USA Funds' spectrum of debt-management offerings, including the USA Funds Life Skills® financial-literacy program and Default Management System software.
Prior to joining the USA Funds Debt-Management Team, Coleman worked in various positions at educational institutions in Tennessee and Georgia. Her nine years of experience in postsecondary education have focused on debt management and default prevention, program development and training. Most recently, she served as default-prevention coordinator for the Georgia Student Finance Commission (GSFC) in Atlanta, where she developed the first statewide default-prevention/debt-management program.
Coleman is a member of the Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SASFAA) and the Georgia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (GASFAA). Her contact information is as follows:
