USA Funds Borrower Connect^TM is a Web-based tool that helps you improve your cohort default rate by connecting with your borrowers through telephone, letter and email campaigns. Using loan information that you upload from various loan servicers, guarantors and the National Student Loan Data System, USA Funds Borrower Connect helps you perform borrower outreach regardless of loan program.

USA Funds Borrower Connect allows you to:

• Create borrower communication campaigns that can be targeted to address borrowers at various stages of repayment.
• View real-time estimated cohort default rate trends to address borrowers who need immediate attention.
• Accommodate Federal Family Education Loan Program, Direct Loan and “put” loan data to address both two-year and three-year cohort default rates.
• Generate on-demand reports to capture borrower loan details, delinquency aging statistics, campaign and portfolio information, and view reports online or export them as a Microsoft Excel, XML or CSV file.

The USA Funds Borrower Connect dashboard allows you to see a snapshot of your entire portfolio, search borrower information, read important messages and view a history of file imports in one view.
