Amber Fox’s efforts to help one education-loan borrower resolve his repayment problems prompted him to report that she “saved him.”
The borrower reported to Operations Supervisor Daniel Oshier that the borrower had tried other avenues for learning how to resolve his loan delinquency. But those resources offered him “confusing information.” When he talked to Fox, she sorted through his specific problem to determine what course of action to recommend.
“He said she went above and beyond the call of duty to fix his problem,” Oshier said of the borrower. “He said she helped him get back on track and that she saved him.”
