“Professional, knowledgeable and always willing to assist” is how one education-lender representative described Brian Moore, lender-relations service coordinator, who assists USA Funds^®' lender-customers.

In nominating Moore for a USA Funds “There for You” award, the lender representative said, “Brian is very prompt to respond to inquiries and issues. He also understands the urgency related to certain issues and will do what’s necessary to expedite the situation.”

The lender representative specifically cited Moore’s work to prevent double disbursements, and his assistance in setups related to the lender’s acquisition of another lender. Moore coordinates lender setups and contracts, and helps resolve lender issues.
