Caryn Bracy-Jacobs

Caryn Bracy-JacobsDespite thorough preparations for offering Federal PLUS loans to graduate and professional students, Webster University encountered a few hiccups in the process when the July 1, 2006, date on which they could begin offering Grad PLUS loans arrived.

Caryn Bracy-Jacobs, a service coordinator who works with Webster on behalf of USA Funds®, helped to smooth the process.

“She has been a wonderful contact,” Cathi Nolde, assistant director of financial aid at Webster’s Webster Groves, Mo., campus, reported regarding Bracy-Jacobs. “I truly appreciate her help with everything that surrounds this issue. She’s gone above and beyond on it, and I can’t tell you how much I personally appreciate it.”

Nolde shared her thoughts about Bracy-Jacobs’ service with a USA Funds Services representative, who nominated Bracy-Jacobs for a USA Funds “There for You” award in recognition of Bracy-Jacobs’ efforts.

While Nolde’s praise for Bracy-Jacobs focused on issues surrounding Grad PLUS loans, Nolde also said that “always, always she gets back to my staff and me in a quick and timely manner. She is thorough with her investigations no matter what the issue.”

The USA Funds Services representative noted that praise for Bracy-Jacobs was common from other schools as well. “She has been phenomenal,” he wrote in his nomination.

Bracy-Jacobs recently received the USA Funds “There for You” award for her excellent customer service. If you have received superior customer service from USA Funds, you can nominate the employee who delivered the service to receive recognition for being “There for You.
