Jim Knoche’s outstanding service so impressed Bancorp South that two of the lender’s staff members nominated him to receive a USA Funds^® “There for You”award.

“I have never encountered anyone who does such an incredible job of working with any issues I bring him,” said Julie Tompkins, Bancorp South loan officer. “Jim is a true model of great customer service.”

Knoche, a lender-relations service coordinator, first made an impression on Bancorp South’s Tracy Keith when working with the lender on a Lender Funds Management setup through OpenNetfor one of Bancorp South’s school-customers. “He knew exactly what we needed to do, and made our transition very smooth,” said Keith, a student-loan officer.

Keith reported that she has received consistently excellent service from Knoche since that first encounter.

“He really goes beyond the normal call of duty to make sure all parties understand the full spectrum of the project at hand,” she said. “He covers all the bases, and in this ever-changing industry, that is a very positive thing. Jim’s product and service knowledge is really a great asset.
