Lisa Barnett has provided such outstanding service to J.P. Morgan Chase that an accounting manager for the organization called Barnett “an extension of our existing team.”

Barnett, a production-research specialist, has worked with Chase on reconciliation, disbursement and refund issues.

“As a result of the transition of Bank One and J.P. Morgan Chase into one company, many challenges have been presented,” said Kim Lewis, Chase accounting manager. “In the midst of turnover, system implementations, standardization and reporting changes, we relied on Lisa as a critical resource in providing information, performing research, and resolving various reconciliation items, issues and problems.

“Lisa’s commitment to us has been outstanding,” Lewis continued. “She has met each challenge head-on and never has wavered in offering her assistance.”

Barnett’s work with Chase included assisting eight accountants and taking part in weekly conference calls with the team.
