As the manager of 52 employees, Greg Raymo of First State Bank Southwest says he knows great customer service. And he received that outstanding service from Sheri Jarrell.
Jarrell, a service coordinator working on behalf of USA Funds®, assisted Raymo when he reached her after spending hours searching for answers to address his education-loan concerns.
“Sheri was kind and considerate,” says Raymo, executive vice president for First State Bank Southwest in Worthington, Minn. “She listened to my whole story, and she didn’t pass me on to someone else.”
Jarrell vowed to Raymo that she’d find the information he was seeking — and provided him with the answers within minutes. “Most importantly,” Raymo says, “Sheri called me back the next day to make sure that the problem was being handled to my satisfaction.”
Her follow-up didn’t stop there; Jarrell later sent Raymo an e-mail with additional information.
In appreciation of Jarrell’s efforts, Raymo nominated her for a USA Funds “There for You” award. USA Funds recently presented Jarrell with the award, the second such honor she’s received.
