Profiles in Superior Customer Service: Providing Knowledgeable, Courteous Assistance

Vicki BiddleVicki Biddle says she’s been a technical analyst “longer than I can remember.” She uses the information she’s gathered throughout her career to help her provide outstanding customer service.

Biddle, who actually has been in her position some 20 years, handles requests for changes related to the guarantee of education loans. She draws on her extensive knowledge of processes and federal regulations when assisting  customers.

She recently received a USA Funds® “There for You” award for her excellent  customer service.

“I have spoken to Vicki Biddle many times over the last eight years, and she is the most-helpful person,” said Carolyn Palomar, assistant vice president,  originations, National Education Servicing . “Vicki always takes care of the issue quickly and always does a follow-up to make sure things have been done properly.”
